Grown sustainably in the forest mountains of Manipur this rare wild black tea with Litsea is produced by Beyondarie. This naturally organic wild black tea is handpicked and traditionally handmade, resulting in a tea of premium quality. Blended with wild Litsea growing under the shades of the tea trees this rare tea has deep tasting notes of citrusy and light flowery flavor.

This tea is ethically produced by Beyondarie. Beyondarie is a collective comprising of an entire village sourcing wild teas, from untamed forest tea trees native to the Manipur region. The wild and large tea leaves are handpicked, carefully hand rolled, and sun dried resulting in unbroken leaves.

Are all Ingredients Organic Certified?

Our small tea farmers cultivate organically and follow sustainable farming techniques since decades, but many of them don't have an organic certificate due to the high cost of certification.

How many times can we steep the leaves?

You can re-steep the leaves 2-3 times. Although the taste profile will gradually change with each infusion.

Can we boil the leaves?
