Shipping cost will vary based on your shipment size. It will be calculated at checkout automatically. We also provide Ocean Freight shipment for bulk orders. Please reach out to us if you have bulk needs.

We provide DDP incoterms for our shipments, i.e we will collect the duties and taxes at checkout already so that you don't have any hidden costs after. You pay only once at checkout and we will take care of all customs clearance, duties and taxes to be paid at your port of entry.

We use major carriers such as FedEx, Aramax and DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will always get a tracking code for your shipment by email, which you can use to track it.

Once you place your order on Eteakol, it is being prepared by the farmer so you get the freshest possible product. This is the reason we need a delivery time of atleast 15-20 days from placing the order to delivery at your doorstep. 

Our small tea farmers cultivate organically and follow sustainable farming techniques since decades, but many of them don't have an organic certificate due to the high cost of certification.

Regardless, we vet each of the farmers on their sustainable production techniques in detail. 

Once you place an order on Eteakol, your order is then prepared by the farmer who produces in limited volumes with minimal inventory. 
So you can be assured that your tea is the freshest possible product sent directly from the small tea gardens. 

The tea you buy on Eteakol is hand-crafted by the small tea growers with the best leaves and the utmost care and skill. The quality of the teas on Eteakol are much higher than the mass produced factory made teas available with traditional wholesalers. 
We generally don't grade our teas on the same scale as the factory made teas but we'll try to provide you a reference grade for your understanding.
