Traditionally hand-made by tea artisan Rana Gogoi, this premium loose leaf Golden tea is a rare variety symbol of the talent of the tea artisan producing it.
Carefully hand plucked from 20 years old tea trees located in the Gelakey kaliapani village in Sivasagar, Assam, India, the dried tea leaves reveal a beautiful dark amber colour when infused, unveiling unique and complex malty flavours and dark floral aroma.

This refined tea is ethically produced by Rana Gogoi in his sustainable garden. Rana Gogoi tea trees are aged between 20 years, Rana Gogoi has been handcrafting teas for the past 20 years.

Are all Ingredients Organic Certified?

Our small tea farmers cultivate organically and follow sustainable farming techniques since decades, but many of them don't have an organic certificate due to the high cost of certification.

How many times can we steep the leaves?

You can re-steep the leaves 2-3 times. Although the taste profile will gradually change with each infusion.

Can we boil the leaves?

No. Please do not boil the tea leaves either in water or milk, except for the Ground Orthodox Milk Tea.
